About
The Mayor of the Village of Bellaire is authorized, subject to the Ohio Revised Code, to preside over Mayor’s Court. Mayor’s Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine prosecutions for violations of Village ordinances, violations of parking or standing ordinances, and criminal cases involving moving traffic violations that occur on state highways within the Village limits.

- Mayor’s Court is held the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 10:00 AM.

- Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, money order, and credit or debit cards.
- Payments should be made payable to: Bellaire Mayor’s Court.
- Payments may also be mailed to the Bellaire Mayor’s Court at 3197 Belmont Street
