The Bellaire Citizens’ Action Group will hold its final meeting of the year at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, at the Belmont County Veterans Service Office. The group will wrap up this year’s projects and discuss plans for 2027. For anyone who is considering joining the group, this would be a good meeting at which to see what it’s like. Regular monthly meetings will resume in February or March.
