The Sinclair Foundation, led by Bellaire natives Donn and Kristin Sinclair, has launched a housing revitalization effort in the Rose Hill neighborhood aimed at improving living conditions and strengthening the community. The foundation has acquired multiple parcels of land with plans to remove dilapidated structures and construct new, quality homes. These homes are intended to be affordable, thoughtfully designed, and suitable for individuals, families, and multigenerational households.
Plans include the construction of one and two-bedroom homes, with some three-bedroom options, designed to support long-term residency and neighborhood stability.
